direct calls in CCME 3.1

I've installed CCME 3.1 on my Cisco 2811 voice gateway and have some troubles. Anyway I would like that on every incoming call caller gets direct number in our company (I've created fo example several ephone dn's with numbers 100,101 ...). So I would like if someone calls number of our company +123456 gets 100 directly which is the number of our switchdesk(at the moment the situation is that if someone calls +123456 gets constan tone during some period in which someone who is calling from outside needs to choose number from that pool I've creted). How to do that? Please help.

Best regards, Aleksandar

Re: direct calls in CCME 3.1

Assuming you have a E1/PRI, add the following dial-peer.

dial-peer voice 100 pots

incoming called-number .

direct-inward-dial

port 0/0:15 (change this to your specific port)

!

num-exp 123456 100 (where 123456 is what the telco sends, and 100 is your receptionist)

The num-exp can be replaced with translation-rules but for simplicity sake, lets just use the num-exp for now.

This will allow for incoming calls without the dial tone to route properly.

Now, to allow for each person to have their own DDI/DID you would need to contact your telco and get a block of DDI/DID numbers. One for each person.

don't forget to rate posts.
