When I hit the Directory button on the phone, the only options that I have are Missed Calls, Received Calles and Placed Calls but don't have the option 4 which allows me to search the directory for users. Could you please let me know how can I resolve this issue?
What message do you get on the lower part of the LCD ? Host not found or something like that?
This could be a DNS issue. Are you able to access to the available services using the services button?
If you find that your phones are trying to reach your CCM by name and there is no DNS server to help them, you can go to the Enterprise Parameters on the CCM config and edit all the urls there changing the host name for the actual IP address.
