I have a client that we are installing a new Unity 3.X box in and within there corporate environment they have different companies. Is it possible to have an inbound call come in and when it connects to the welcome greeting they of course can go to the prompt of the different company of there option but can you have two seperate list for directory dialing. Such as one prompt leads to one set of subscribers within a database and the other prompt leads you to another set of subscribers list. Thanks for any help.

Currently Unity doesn't have any tenant services type features which is what you're asking for here. Each Unity server is limited to one alpha directory (name lookup handler) per box. This directory can be limited to the subscribers created on the local Unity box or can be expanded to include all subscribers on other Unity servers that are part of the same dialing domain. See the NetworkingOverview2001.DOC on the General Tools page of AnswerMonkey for more on dialing domains.
Theres no way currently to provide seperate subscriber lookup lists for callers on the same Unity box, however.
