Directory Listing

One of the subscribers cannot be found in the "Dial-By-Name" Unity prompt. I checked his "List in Directory" subscriber setting and it is checked. Is there any other place I need to enable to have this subscriber appear in our "Dial-By-Name" prompt ?<br><br>

Make sure they have a voice name recorded as well... the alpha directory will only list folks if they have both the check box for list in directory set and the voice name is recorded.

subscriber leaving messages for other subscribers aren't affected by this, by the way... it's just for folks finding users by name in the alpha directory.
