We are not able to access subscriber DC Directory. This is happen after we upgrade from CCM3.3 to CCM4.1. We had tried "reconfig_cluster" script, but doesn't work.
first of all, why would you need a DC directory running on two CallManager servers?
Did you check whether the "DC Directory Service" service is started on the Subscriber CCM?
After going through the screenshots, it seems that there might be an issue with the installation of DC Directory. How can the IP of the Directory server be 255.255.255.255?
Is this a new install? Did u go through the DC Directory logs? Can you start the DC Directory service? Can you attach the DC Directory logs from the following location : c:\dcdsrv\logs folder?
