disabling automatic pop-up of agent desktop on new-call

Any easy way to disable agent desktop from automatically coming to the foreground when a new call comes in on ICD 3.0? I have looked through the workflow area of ICD and can only find things about enterprise data. Is this the same?

Go into the Desktop Administrator, Desktop Configuration, Workflow Groups, Pick your agent group, User Interface, Miscellaneous, and set the Agent Windows Behavior to stealth, the agents will need to close CAD and reopen to see the effect.

So it sounds like this is only available with ICD Enhanced desktop?

Good question.. Is Desktop Administrator not on your ICD Server?
