disabling CTI OS on ICM v4.6

Folks, I am working on a design for a client that will be using Turnkey CTI to talk to a Unix application. Eventually, the client will be moving to a CRM package, but for now, they need 'pops' to work with what they have.

According to docs I have seen, Turnkey CTI and CTI OS are mutually exclusive. The client is interested in the new features/functionality of ICM v4.6 and CM v3.1, but if I can't turn off CTI OS to allow Turnkey to work, then I must work with ICM v4.5 and a pre-3.1 CM to use Turnkey.

Thoughts?

If you have not done so already, you might want to pose this question in the Call Center part of this discussion forum.
