I am doing an IPT deployment where the DN range (first 2-3 numbers) are the same as the area code. When phone users scroll through their "missed calls" directory (from outside callers 802xxxxxxx)and lift the handset, it calls an internal DN (802X). This is causing some problems in the user community.
Question: Is there a way to disable automatic calling (by lifting the handset) when scrolling through the directory?
The only thing I could think of is performing a translation of the ANI to include the outside line access code and "1" for LD.
