disconnect cause code 19

we are setting up a test lab of termination in cisco as5300 using R2 signaling in POTS line. However I have problems that everytime we terminate the calls stripping the number countrycode and areacode..and call only the telephone number, I have a disconnect cause code 19 thus the caller did not accept the call or nobody answer. This is strange because I am calling my office desk telephone number.

Hi John - can you give us a snapshot of your "debug isdn q931"? What number are you dialling - it's unusual that your voip and pots destination patterns are the same, but I don't know what you're trying to dial.

I cant find the command "debug isdn q931" in my gateway. Please be informed that am using R2. What is the equivalent debug commands of "isdn q931" in r2?

I am calling 006328331234 strip 00632, and the voice will call only the local number 8331234.
