This Cisco URL has a reference to it in a list. Saids the reaction is to clear also.

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/wanbu/access/aprod/fpmpmm/fpmmappd.htm

On a few other cause code lists (non cisco) 'recovery on timer expiry' is listed as code 102. One site listed 102 under the "Protocol Error (e.g., unknown message) Class" section.

Google search items I used:

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%22recovery+on+timer+expiry%22+%2B66

102 Recovery on timer expiry

A timer expiry initiated an error-handling (recovery) procedure. This problem is typically temporary

Hello,

This error indicates the ISDN T310 expiry before the call get connected. first check this timer by SH ISDN TIMER and see what it is. Cisco recommend it to be 60 sec. you have to put the value in msec. Here is the link with detail:

Be aware that sometimescause codes are listed in Hex and other times in decimal. As a previous poster stated 0x66 = 102.

Recovery on timer expiry.
