Disconnect takes too much time...

When running the LearnTones utility I got the following error message: "Function timed out" and it did not find the tone's frequencies except for the ringback tones parameters. I want to use this utility because the ports (dialogic-analog) take to much time to disconnect after a user hangs up. Any ideas on how to reduce the time ? For now it takes about 2 minutes which is way too long...<br>Thanks,<br>-norm<br><br><br>

What type of PBX are you connected to?
Do you know what tone the PBX is sending on the analog lines when a caller hangs up? Busy? Dial? ???
