Display Active Call in RealTimeMonitoringTool H323 Device

We have a Cisco Callmanager 4.1.

For interconnection with an traditonal Nortel PABX we use a 2600 router (configured as H323 gateway) connected with an Nortel PBX using an E1 interface and the QSIG protocol. That works fine.

When I choose CallsActive in RTMT from this H323 gateway only the inbound calls are shown and not the outbound.

Anyone any idea?

did you tried to restart the RDISC service or maybe the Callmanager service too.?

Yes, I did. I also have reboot the whole server and have given the router a reload but without positive result.

It's a problem that I have with two QSIG connection to two different PABX.
