I am indeed using MGCP gateway (CMM Module). On a gateway configuration, under Outbound Calls there are selections for Numbering Plan and Number Types. Everything is set for "Cisco CallManager" option.
From your comments I assume since we change the parameters for National Numbering Plan, I should change these settings and NOT have it listed as "Cisco CallManager", am I correct?
I tried to play with those settings and the result was the same. When I placed a call and did not answer, the call registered in Missed Calls menu as it was (nothing is prefixes)and when I tried to call it back once again nothing was prefixed and the call failed.
