Display more info under Agent Desktop-->File-->View-->ACD Statistics
Can I have more information display under Agent Desktop, File-->View-->ACD Statistics? Currently I am using ICD 3.0.2A Standard, and it only shows me under "Skills" tab: No. of contacts waiting and oldest call in queue. I am looking to display information such as logged-in agents, agent state etc., kinda of info that you see under real time reporting. Is there some flag I can turn on to see that info in this particular window.
