I understand that this topic is already discussed in the forum, but I need to know how to get the graphic data (pixel data) for gif. The information in the forum provides the details for getting the logo, but not the information needed for converting the gif to pixel data which can be embedded in the asp file.
Thanks
Poornima

You must download the file CiscoIPServicesSDK.exe from Cisco CCO. I can't remember where we got it form. It has everything that you need, to convert the image and a detailed discription how it is done.

I had a hell of a time finding the SDK. Ended up getting my account team to find it for me. It's not in the normal CCO downloads area for the telephony software:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/570/avvid/voice_ip/cm_xml/cm_xmldown.shtml
The SDK contains a utility for converting from GIF to CIP
