Distorted music on hold

My customer has a cluster of two Call Managers on version 3.1.3a (spD). They have a problem with MOH becoming distorted after the caller has been on hold for about 15 second. This problem occurs between ip phones or ip phone to pstn (via h323 gateway). Any ideas on how we may eliminate this problem?
