DL380 G5 OS 2000.4.4 Install problem

Team, I am experience an issue installation IPT OS 2000.4.4 on a new DL 380 G5. During the image transfer the installation displays the following error "The transfer of the OS image to the hard drive failed! This can be caused by scratched or smudged DVD-ROM media or a hardware failure within the system."

The DVD is not smudged and reading fine. Has anyone come across this issue?

I have experienced the same problem before with the same server and OS and the problem is that the sever was incorrectly cabled, Please open the server and make sure that all the drives are connected to SCSI port 2. The main problem is that the HP server was sent as SCSI duplex and the HW and OS installation media is not able to detect the drives since it only checks SCSI port 1 and not 2.

After this, close the server and try to reinstall the server.
