DN Call activity report

Call Manager 4.2

Are there some reports that show; call volume, call types, time of call, call duration, etc - on an individual line?

Are there some that can be set to run automatically on a daily basis?

Can reports be designed to pull the specific information wanted by managers?

I'd appreciate any info any of you can offer in regards to phone reports.

I'm famililar with the IPCC reports.

Also, wondering if there is a report in Unity that shows how many messages are received. From what I see it just shows size of inbox which includes emails and voicemails.

call manager has ART, CDR Analysis & ReportingTool.

this is the out of the box callDetailReporting tool that comes with CCM.

if you do not have this installed, use the CCM admin 'application>installPlugins>CDRanalysisAndReporting'

once installed, you can access ART via https://ccmIPaddy/art

there are many more feature rich callAccounting packages. search for call accounting on the net.
