DNIS info through to CM?

I am wondering how to get DNIS information through the router to CM.

Example: we receive calls on 0800 123456. BT only pass 6 significant digits to the router ie it gets 123456. We use a 3 digit extension number so this is translated on the router to 500 and delivered to an IP Phone. Using TAPI we can establish the only callED ID received is 500. This is understandable but we would like CM to be aware of the callED number.

Re: DNIS info through to CM?

Somewhat confusing. You are receiving the called number 500 which you see. CCM will see this assuming its on a DDI ISDN trunk.

Do you mean Caller ID or the Called Number or do you want to see the 0800 number called?
