I am wondering how to get DNIS information through the router to CM.
Example: we receive calls on 0800 123456. BT only pass 6 significant digits to the router ie it gets 123456. We use a 3 digit extension number so this is translated on the router to 500 and delivered to an IP Phone. Using TAPI we can establish the only callED ID received is 500. This is understandable but we would like CM to be aware of the callED number.
