documentation of call manager config

Can anybody please tell me how I can document all the configurations of the callmanager before it gets shipped to the customer.I know that we can do it from the DOS with the command "Show database" . I heard that we can go into the SQL enterprise manager and do something.Please give me a solution.

There's not really an "easy" way to do it. You can go into the SQL Enterprise Manager and do a database backup and then take the file and save it somewhere on your system.

You can also use the MCS Backup utility which will create a TAR file that backs up the database, some particular registry entries, and the DC Directory data, as well as other things you may have told it to back up -- such as IP IVR, etc.
