Does anyone know about the Cisco ICM support specialist exam?

I saw the above exam listed in Prometric/VUE web site (exam id: 9E0-580), but I could not find any informtion in Cisco Web site. Does anyone know about what is scope for it?

Re: Does anyone know about the Cisco ICM support specialist exam

Hi Wei,

I took the exam whilst it was in beta format, several years ago. The main bulk of the questions were on platform architecture, processes, process failure/failover, AlarmTracker and a few questions on CTI.

I believe that the exam was really aimed as a qualification for service providers support teams. I haven't heard anymore details on the exam since. Although I'm pretty sure that the exam will be out of date now as it appeared to be based on ICM version 4.1.x

Regards, Gary
