Does CallManager come with a built in Auto Attendant?

I understand that the IVR comes as a separate software "IP IVR" that will give complete IVR functionality including integration with the database etc. However it is not clear from the documentation of Call Manager 3.2 if there is any IVR that comes with the "Web Attendant Console". The only functionality I need is an auto attendant to route the incoming calls to the desired extension automatically.

Re: Does CallManager come with a built in Auto Attendant?

Yes it as a 4 Port AA as part of the CCM application.

You need to install the JTapi pluggin from

the application page and configure the AA as shown in page below.

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/4port_ipaa.html

The seperate application IP IVR/AA is a licenced X number of port for

AA . This would allow multiple instances of CTI route points to be created for the diiferent AA dependent.

Application e.g TAPI used with BAT or just plain AA, etc.
