Does CallManager have a documentation field for phones
We are running CallManager 4.1(3) SR1. On the Phone configuration settings, we use the Description field to include Customer Department - Fname Lname information. Are there any fields not being used by CCM that we could use to document or comment things like (No call wait on any lines, disable Active beep)? Has anyone already requested this as a future feature in CallManager?

Great idea (as always).That would be very helpful wouldn't it! What we have done in the past is,come up with a list of custom config type's on a separate reference list: (ie:Note#7=No call wait, Note#16=Amplified Handset)
Then we just put the Note# on the Description Field. I would far prefer your method.Maybe a feature request is in order!
