I have CM3.2 and Unity 3.x. When call comes in, Unity answers the call. When outside caller press 0 it rings the operator extension . I have setup if operator is not available than after 3 rings it should ring to all the phone in the office. In CM i have confiugred the operator extension to forward the call to others phone. But after ringing 3 times at operator it goes to voicemail.
Are you doing a supervised or release to switch transfer? I assume supervised and Unity is pulling the transfer back before CallManager gets a chance to forward it. You should switch it to release to switch for this type of application.
