Does Unity 4.0(3) or Bridge 3.0(1) add any Exchange e-mail address types

Hello -

I am preparing a change request that documents the forest schema changes required by the Unity Bridge 3.0(1) new features. I have searched the online documentation for discussion on whether or not any email address types (such as smtp, x.400, etc.) are added as a result of the bridge install or Unity 4.0(3) install. I suspect not, as there have not been any to this point with Unity 3.1(5), but I am hoping to clarify here.

Thanks in advance! Sincerely, Ginger

Hi Ginger,

There are a few new schema modifications for Bridge when upgrading from 3.1(5) to 4.0(3).

There are no new address types when upgrading from 3.1(5) to 4.0(3). In both of these versions, Bridge subscribers have an additional OMNI type proxy address. OMNI is the address space for Bridge messages that route via the voice connector.
