Downgrade 7960 Firmware

I would like to downgrade IP-Phone Firmware.

But After Upgrade IP-Phone Firmware,I could not downgrade IP-Phone Firmeware.

Does somebody know how to do it?

If you are trying to downgrade a phone running firmware for CallManager 3.1 to a CallManager 3.0 firmware load, do the following:

Open Notepad, type the following:

P003D310

Make the 2nd line version such as P003D310 be the firmware load version that you want to load.

Save the file with a name like:

SEP003094C28221.cnf.xml

Change the 003094C28221 part of the filename to the MAC address of your phone. Put the file in C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath on your TFTP server.
