Drop Call

Hi

i am experiencing IP to IP phone dropped call

Any idea, is there any logs/traces for drop call that i can generate frm Call Mgr?

Hello Alex,

Gather detailed CCM and SDL traces from the CallManager (to which the phones are registered to...if the phones are registered to two different CallManagers...gather the traces from both the CallManagers). Note the Calling and Called Number and the time of the test call.
