Dropped Calls

Hello Everyone --

I have a customer with a CCME and 2 FXO lines. He notes that randomly when trying to make a call, once the digits have been passed the call is never established and the phone 'drops the call'. He is the only one in the office when this occurs. After a 3rd try the phone is able to make the call. Checking the logs I see nothing, so instead I turned up some debugging on the IP Phone itself. debug ephone detail. Is there any other debugging that I can turn up? I'd like to see the dial-peers being matched and the FXO being used if possible.

Are you able to successfully place the call every time, if you plug an analog phone into the FXO port ?

Oh yeah, the FXO seems to be working fine.
