DSP error message explanation

Here 2 error messages that appear all the time on the gateway. How can I identify which DSP card to replace?

I could also not find the explanation of the info provided in these messages.

*Mar 7 22:08:01.813: %VTSP-3-DSP_TIMEOUT: DSP timeout on event 0x6: DSP ID=0x2: DSP Disc (

call mode=0)

*Mar 7 22:08:05.816: %VTSP-3-DSP_TIMEOUT: DSP timeout on event 0x6: DSP ID=0x2: DSP error

stats (call mode=-2101003904), chnl info(1, 13, 1)

Re: DSP error message explanation

There are some hidden DSP test commands that TAC should be able to help you out with. It depends on your platform which you've not stated, so raise a TAC case and they should be able to help pinpoint any faulty DSP's.

Though those messages don't look like a faulty DSP, more likely you need to update the IOS version. I've seen similar messages which are cured by later IOS releases, but of course that's not a documented benefit of the IOS upgrade.
