DSP ERROR

I have this error message in our AS5300.

Dec 27 20:57:39 WIB: %VTSP-3-DSP_TIMEOUT: DSP timeout on event 6: DSP ID=0x1211:

DSP error stats ***DSP VOICE ERROR STATISTICS***

Does it shows that one of DSP is bad?

If yes, how to know which dsp is that?

Re: DSP ERROR

Sounds like you are running into CSCdu53333 which is fixed in certain versions of IOS. If you have not already done so, please go to the Bug Toolkit on CCO to determine what version you can run, and then check the IOS/VCWare compatibility matrix to make sure you have the right VCWare version for your IOS version:
