DSP Keepalive Timeout Error

Hi,

We have CCM4.1(3)sr3b, on one 7940 there is no dial tone, when I dial a number it displays "DSP Keepalive Timeout". I can dial and aslo can get a call but cannot hear anything.

The web page displays "29: DSP Keepalive Timeout [0xffffffff, 0x14, 0x0, 0x64c](3) 1 - (0) (49)"

Rest all the other 7940 IP Phones are working fine.

I have tried rebooting the IP Phone and also restoring the factory settings, but its not working.

Thanks for the responce, but I am afraid that this link does not solved my problem, I have already tried this.

Do you have anyother idea?
