I have 4 3725 routers in remote site, I configured them as a conference DSP. They are registered OK. But today I look at them actually 3 routers'DSPfarm are dis-registered with CCM.What I have to do is "no sccp" first then"sccp" to activate it. Since now it's not in production not critical. but I am wondering why it behaves like this. All the routes have the same configuration: Here are the DSPfarm related configuration
dsp services dspfarm
sccp local FastEthernet0/0
sccp ccm 10.197.4.34 priority 1
sccp ccm 10.197.4.30 priority 2
sccp switchback timeout guard 180
dspfarm confbridge maximum sessions 6
One thing mention here is: 10.197.4.34 is the subscriber and primary server. It's down after I configured all the router for maintain reason. 10.197.4.30 is publisher and backup.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
