DT-24+ integration with Fujitsu

I am trying to integrate a Fujitsu9600 with a DT-24+ card and call manager. The T1 indicator LED on the DT-24+ remains red when I cable the two together (indicating LOS). I made a loop back plug (1 to 4, 2 to 5) to see if the DT-24 was faulty and the LED remained red. I have installed these before and I am almost certain that a hard loopback will get a carrier detect and the T1 red LED light will go off. Can anyone verify this for me?

As far as call manager registration, everything looks good. Ethernet connectivity is established and the module has received an IP address via DHCP.

I would double check the cable you are using to connect the PBX to the DT24. IT SHOULD BE A CROSSOVER CABLE. Then test your loopback plug. The LED should go out if you have the proper cabling/loopback connected.
