dtmf tones at call forward

Hello,

at the last weekend we updated the call manager at a customer from 3.1.3a to 3.2.3. Now the customer tells us that if he forward a call he hear the dialtone at his phone. Because some people at the customer use a headset he want to deactivate this dtmf tones. Is there a service parameter to do this?

Hi Achim,

Try turning off call waiting and setting the service parameter 'tone on call forward' to False.
