Nortel (Not Sure of Flavor)
We have dual switch integration with 8 ports being allocated to the Nortel system and the remaining to CCM. The Nortel Utilizes ports 1-8. The issue is that if an incoming call actually hits ports 5 or 6 they get sent right to the opening greeting instead of the subscribers mailbox.
If you look at Call Viewer the call that hits that port is labeled as External Direct
Here is what is showing up in CallViewer
