Dual Transfer to Unity

My customer is using Unity VM version 3.1.5 & call manager version 3.1.3a and has the following scenario:

User A is CFAll to his Unity VM box.

User B is CFAll to user A.

Problem is that user B receives Unity main menu and not user's A greeting.

Can this be solved, so user B will hear user's A greeting?

When this type of situation occurs CallManager provides Unity with OriginalCalledParty and lastRedirectingParty data. The TSP was designed to integrate on OriginalCalledParty only, not the lastRedirectingParty.

So if user C calls user B who forwards to user A who forwards to Unity, user B is going to be the OriginalCalledParty and the call is not going to get integrated.

This functionality is hard coded in Unity. It would be possible to change this. If you require it you should have your account team open up a feature request.
