I feel bad even typing this question because its really rediculous, but I have to say .... the documentation on this piece of hardware is horrible. I can't find anywhere in the documentation where it tells me how to configure the 2nd port. I assume I have to add a 7960 phone besides the one I added for the 1st port (which works great) but I can't find in the documentation anywhere where it tells me what MAC to use. Can someone enlighten me? thanks and sorry for the cheezy topic..

Pull of the leading two zeros off of the front of the mac address and put 01 at the end of the mac address for the second part. For example, if the MAC address is 0009ab12de34 that would be the MAC for the first port and the way you address the second port is 09ab12de3401.

I am looking into this. Either there is a document created on Cisco.com and its hard to find, or we need to create one for this topic. Mark HAyek Cisco Voice TAC.

I similarly was pulling my hair out on this a couple weeks ago - but I did find it on Cisco.com - I could not tell you how I found it - but it is at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/gatecont/ps514/products_configuration_example09186a00800a892f.shtml#task2_steps (under step 7)
