I have a customer that is running one Unity server for their HQ and remote locations. They are running into over lapping DID Numbers. Their way around this is to convert subscribers over to 10 digit DN's.
Is their away for Unity to handle duplicate numbers. Within CallManager we can handle duplicate DN's by using different partitions, etc. Does Unity have this type of feature, if not will it be in maybe a release????
No, Unity doesn't have the ability to create multiple partitions on the same server to handle duplicate IDs. This is referenced internally as the "tenant services" set of features. It is speced out and will be done, however it's not on a current release plan at this point.
