During message caller input? on 4.02

I do not know if this is configrable or not.

What I am trying to do is modify the caller input callers can use while leaving their message. I don't mean afer they hit #. I mean can another option be added besides #?

A customer wants to allow a zero out WHILE people are leaving the message. Can this be done? I am not sure whether they will want the message sent when zero is hit, or not. I am just trying to find out if this is even configurable first.

I have been all over Unity and cannot find this as a configurable item.

User input is only configurable while the subscriber or call handler greeting is playing - once you're leaving a message the key inputs are hard coded based on the conversation you're using - there are two basic conversations - the standard and optional conversation - but their key inputs are not adjustable.
