e-mail vs voice mail

If a caller cals in to get messges and it prompts them that they have 6 new voice mails and 40 new emails, is it possible to allow for checking old voice mails before going on to email? Once a message has been read it then goes into 3rd place before new voice and email. Any way to change that?

Re: e-mail vs voice mail

When a user logs in they have the option to listen to new messages (press 1) or listen to old messages (press 3). If they press 3 they can hear their old messages, which by default will read voicemails first, then e-mails. They can then return to the main menu and hear new messages at any time.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'Once a message has been read it then goes into 3rd place before new voice and email. Any way to change that?'

Like I said in the previous post, you can press 3 to get to old messages without having to listen to new messages first.
