HI There,
running a 1760 CCME to PSTN via Bri (IOS 12.3(14)T5)
Just got an E1 VIC to do a trunk to a mitel PBX (3300) using QSIG
However I can seem to configure the timeslots, it seems to require the
"tdm clock e1 0/0 both export line" but when entered I get "% exceed
the max 1 clock source limit" when I issue the commands.
Is this because I have "TDM clock bri-auto" already?
How do I get both working?
THANKS!!!
Peter.

Only one clock source can be used to provide clocking for the router. If the clock is not configured, the port will not communicate with the network.

Thanks,
I got it working eventually - the method differs from all the configuration examples & docs I've seen. If anyone is interested you need the global command:-
tdm clock E1 0/0 both import onboard internal
There is no 'clock source' command on the e1 controller as normal.
