Echo Cancel Coverage for 6608 8-Port T1

How do you adjust Echo Cancel Coverage on CatOS 6.2(2) w/ a 6608 (8-port T1 module)? I'm also looking for additional information on this as the 6608 troubleshooting doc is limited to ERL and dB adjustments in/out of the network.

You can't adjust the coverage. The tail circuit is always the same length. It is only different using G.711 vs G.729. Last I checked it was 32ms using G.711 and 16ms using G.729. These values are not adjustable.

Is the coverage the same for the 6624 module?

Thanks David. So is there any other information on troubleshooting echo with a Cat6k/6608?

If you were going through the doc at

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/echo_6608_t1.html

Then I would suggest you try changing the audio signal adjustments even further and see what results are observed.
