Echo issue

I have a echo problem. When A side talk with B side. Both side are connected to PBX. B side listen the voice volumn of B side is not enough and have the echo. When I tune the the voice volumn louder, the echo would louder too. I already used the "echo-cancel coverage 32", "output attenuation 12" and "input gain 9" at A side router to control it. But the problem can't be solved. Anyone have some idea for me?

what level of ccm software are you running, there is a bug in 3.1.2c that has an echo problem, we were recommended to go to 3.1.3a spd and all is ok now

Thanks dave! I use 1751 with FXO at A side and use 1751 with FXS at the B side. The ios is 12.1(2). Have any idea?

I would upgrade your 1751 to at least 12.1.5T. There was an issue with an issue with echo-cancel coverage in the earlier release for the 1750 routers.
