echo problem with CCME

Hi,

We will describe you the scenario in which we found a problem issue.

The scenario is the following:

We have a call manager express (Cisco 1760) linked to 8 IP Phone 7912 and 2 IP Phone 7960.

In this scenario when we do a call to a fixed numbers we hear the echo.That doesn't happen when we do a call to a mobile numbers.

Do we have to add anything in the configuration? Is there a bug?

Did you configure the "echo-cancel coverage " command? If yes, what is the value. It is recommended to have this as:

"echo-cancel coverage 64"(The value depends on the IOS you are running)
