Editing the AA Script

Hi,

I am using CCM 3.2. AutoAttendant is configured and running just fine. I wanted to customize its prompts. I could have done it with CRA Editor, but unfortunately I am only using Extended Services, which does not include the CRA Editor. Can someone suggest how can I do that ?

Also is there a way that we could see at a perticular instant, which prompt (.wav file) is being used during the time when AA is handling a call. If we know this then we can at least replace the prompts with the new ones as per our requriements.

With Extended Services, the only prompt you can edit is the welcome prompt. You can record a new Welcom prompt as a .wav file, and put it in the c:\program files\wfavvid\prompts\user directory, and then select the new .wav file from the pulldown menu in the AA application configuration.
