eMail message notification

Message notification to a cell phone or PSTN phone works great; however, when I enable Text Pager 1 for email notification, I do not receive a text page or email.<br><br>Shouldn't Exchange function as my SMTP server so I do not have to define independently? Any ideas?<br><br>Thanks.<br><br>

if you have the IMC configured to your local ISP properly this should work fine. Can you send an email message from that inbox by creating a message profile for Outlook on the Unity server for the test mailbox you're using and deliver an email to the destination in question?

Sounds like you don't have the IMC properly configured and talking to an external provider on one of your Exchange servers in the site...
