Email/Voicemail Notification

Just a quick question for all you Unity gurus out there.

We've implemented a Unity server (3.1.3) that ties into the customer's current Exchange 2000 server. We now know that users receive voicemail notification when users receive a read receipt request from Outlook, in addition to having email notification when they have new voicemail. Any other cool caveats that I should be looking forward to when it comes to notification?

you can forward voice mail to about 10 different numbers. you can also send sms to text pagers or phones. pretty nice features.

Notifcation to external devices uses the same calling search spaces that we were talking about earier, so you need to make sure that if you are going to do outdial notification to a phone, that the the calling search space of the voicemail ports are set up appropriately.
