emergency number in Europe 112

Hi,

If we try to call the emergency number 112 we don't get a connection.

I asume the 911 number in the States is the same config / problem, has anyone any experience with this ?

Johan,

Make sure you use the correct calling search space and partition configuration. I presume you are using Callmanager 3.x ? Also note the 0. configuration.

Please post how you configured the rout-pattern in de callmanager.

We've tried the route pattern 0.xxx, 0.11x, 0.112, also ont he gateway you can see the number 112 leaving, then it will be quite for ten seconds.

After the ten seconds you'll get a busy signal.

We've also a NANP file for the Dutch PSTN network, we've tested this with the route pattern: 0.@ also with this test we get the same results.
