We have Emergency Responder V 2.0.4 installed and testing it. We created alerts for onsite personnel and what we noticed is that "The onsite alers gets call even when there is no 9-1-1 call placed"
If someone calls the ELIN, and CER has no ELIN to Caller ID mapping for this ELIN (as there is no real Emergency call placed), then call will go to the "Onsite Security" personnel for Default ERL. Is there is a way to filter those calls?

How to get this working? The onsite alert keeps on getting calls to her cell which are not related (as people are trying to reach someone and by mistake, they dial our ELIN). Is there a solution for this in version 8 or do you know if Cisco can provide a solution in future release?
