EMobility

I have a user who is loged into the EMobility but he doesn't have the option to logout. I also don't see him logged using CallManager admin page. When I add the EMobility service to a Subscriber, do I have to enable this service from user device profile or on the device itself? Could you please let me know how can I log him out.

Ok

First enable EM in the physical device itself.

Configure a logout profile

Subscribe the physical phone to the service.

Subscribe the UDP to EM service.

Do I have to go through all phones one by one to enable EM service? Is there anyway doing it by batch?
